Two families return to their remote holiday cabin after a day at the seaside. But little do they know they’re being surrounded. Shortly after their arrival, they will come face to face with THE STRANGERS OUTSIDE. When the assailants make their intentions known, things take a shockingly terrible turn, and an intense battle for survival will begin

The Strangers Outside

The Strangers Outside by Vanessa Morgan is really a short story rather than a novel.

I actually like it better than the other Vanessa Morgan book I reviewed, Drowned Sorrow because I think that the tight form of a short story is better suited to horror than novel form.

I admit that I’ve never made it through a Stephen King novel. I did enjoy reading Edgar Allan Poe’s short stories when I was a child.

The story concerns two sisters who are staying in a remote vacation home in Belgium. What happens when sinister creatures start appearing outside their house?

Terror ensues!

Morgan has an interesting blog called Celluloid Diaries.

You may also read my review of Vanessa Morgan’s novel Drowned Sorrow.

Thank you for reading The Literary Lioness!
